Mr. Kilubek Uulu Beka is a distinguished professional with a multidisciplinary background in software engineering and infrastructure design. A graduate of the Kazakh National Technical University and the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture, he combines technical expertise with extensive international experience.
He has actively contributed to strengthening Kyrgyz–Indian economic and business relations, serving as Representative to India for both the Agency for Investment Promotion under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. His career spans leadership roles in international logistics, industrial management, and information technology cooperation.
Fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and Kazakh, with working knowledge of English, he has participated in major IT exhibitions in India and holds professional certifications including Microsoft. His achievements include multiple international honors and medals recognizing contributions to science, education, and cross-border collaboration. He is the SCO trade Director for Kyrgyz Republic and is the coordinator for the Council.
